Glenview Square Dance Club officers are elected to serve our membership by governing Club operations. The club's officers, along with individuals appointed to assist with the varied business of the club, comprise our Board of Directors. Our board establishes policy and provides overall direction for all club activities – including keeping the Club effective in pursuing our mission of promoting and enjoying square dancing.

Handles Club correspondence and maintains Club records. Serves as Registered Agent for Club with the Illinois Secretary of State.
TREASURER
PETE HOLTERMANN
Serves as joint custodian (with President) of Club funds. At Club dances, oversees the welcome desk, collection of dance fees, Split the Pot ticket sales and payment to caller. And last but not least, keeps Club in good standing in the eyes of the IRS.

Provides overall leadership and direction to the club. Presides at meetings, appoints committee chairs, negotiates and signs venue and caller contracts and works with committees to implement the goals of the club.
